Get Ready to Ram-m-b-l-l-l-e!

The 4th Annual Cotton Ramble Bicycle Ride will be held Saturday, October 13, 2012.

All of the routes start at the historic train Depot in downtown Sikeston and move through town passing by shaded, tree-lined streets with majestic homes. Leaving town, you travel along fields of cotton, as well as soybeans & corn. The 26 & 65 mile routes take you by two working cotton gins which will offer free tours for the riders.  All routes are well marked, with rest stops offering refreshments and toilet facilities.

Again this year, the Cotton Festival is in Legion Square, adjacent to the ride start.  Cotton Ramble participants will be able to enjoy the festival's food, crafts, live entertainment, and family fun before and after the bike ride.  An optional post-ride spaghetti lunch will be served one block west of the registration tent from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. with a choice of vegetarian or beef sauce, salad, bread, dessert & drink for a nominal fee.
